This is the Mantis Society's Philosophy section. This is an independent understanding of god unassociated with an other religion.

His Eminence, Mantis, has been teaching his understanding of god since 1980. He has dealt with people from all walks of life, as his teachings discuss.
It is our hope that these words will help you understand yourself and the world around you. The messages will gain more detail as Mantis finds the need for further explanation of a topic.

Of the Ten Commandments I adhere to these:

Observe your time with Allah
Observe control of thy desire
Thou shalt not kill (except in self defense)
Honor thy family
Thou shalt not steal
Thou shalt not bear false witness
Thine shalt worship god alone

These are the seven deadly sins, thus named for their ability to take lives of their own accord:

1 Pride
2 Covetousness (desire another's possession with envy)
3 Lust (not sexual desire)
4 Anger
5 Gluttony
6 Envy
7 Sloth (indolence, laziness)

The seven deadly sins are the prime mandate of god. These are self-governing and absolute. They account for the time of existence in human form.
